Was able to have them out the next day.  Staff was pleasant and polite.  Fixed the issues that they could and ordered the part for the one issue they couldn't.  They even took the time to explain what they were doing and how things worked.  Highly recommend

Edit: ordered part (basic delta kitchen sink sprayer) took over 5 weeks. Staff was unwilling or unable to communicate any information. Promised call backs repeatedly and they never did. I honestly don't believe the part was ordered day of service. Seems like it wasn't ordered until I started calling. Horrible customer service on the part of the office staff. On site tech was very pleasant.

Let me start off with the fact that I’ve been dealing with them since June. I scheduled the Services to be done in October for them to come out in Dec. they came out with the wrong equipment left me and my family with no heat in the middle of dec. left ruts in my yard front yard and trash in the backyard. On top of that the service manager mike is very rude and would not let me explain on why I wasn’t going to pay for the services he threatened me by telling me he would put a lean on my house. Terrible customer service terrible company would not recommend to anyone.

Rapp's was sent out for an HVAC problem through a home warranty program.  They were incredible!!!  They were very kind on the phone to arrange a most timely appointment  and the service repair expert was thorough, professional and most important - HONEST!  I have not been so completely impressed with a company in a very long time. I have other plumbing and electrical issues that I certainly hope to deal with them on and I have already given them the highest recommendation  - to my best friend  who lives in their area.  We are both real estate agents and are always being asked for reliable professional companies to refer to - now we have a GREAT company.  The prompt follow up call after service was greatly appreciated - just to know that someone cares enough to do their job so well is a real gift.  Rapp's Heating Air and Plumbing - the BEST!

Every experience we have with Rapp has been positive! They have experienced technicians who truly care about what they're doing, and are fair with their time and with what they charge.

Today I had a technician come out to repair my AC unit. This is a return visit and had I left a comment then it would not have been a good one mostly due to the technician and his lack of communication skills and bad people skills. However, today they sent Bobby out to look at my AC unit. Within a matter of minutes my AC was fixed and of course that made be happy. But what put it over the top to get a 5 star rating was the fact that Bobby was personable, initiated conversation and asked me about my filter to ensure i have changed that to keep everything running smoothly. Bobby rocks!  And of course Rachel in the office is pretty awesome too.
