If you want a contractor that won't communicate with you and takes way more time to finish the project,  this company is for you.  

We have had nothing but problems getting then to do anything.  They couldn't even get the measurements for our kitchen project sent properly.  They make up excuses on days they are supposed to be there and don't show up and then send people over to do jobs that they don't know, so it gets done poorly.  Then when everything is ready for them to finish, we can't get a hold of them for a week and a half and when someone does finally call us back, they tell us they can't come finish for another week.

Started at Home Depot, they responded quickly through Home Depot.  Reached out directly and left a message on a $200k home remodel because HD can not meet all the project demands of a complete home makeover, they did not respond.   Busy is one thing, not responding is bad business.   What I learned as part of this project, there are a lot of GC's that are flakes and RAR falls into the bucket of being one of them on their own.  Im sure they are at the whip of Home Depot so they respond faster.     Cant comment on their work but I give them a 5 star (it was their tile person that came to my house) through Home Depot.      Roughly 2x through Home Depot for a bathroom remodel vs. using a reputable GC.    Home Depot's design team spaced out for a few weeks and didnt get back to me, even after going into the store and asking what was up.     I dont have patience for flaky companies.    Busy is one thing, not responding is bad business.     When hiring a GC, do your homework and find a good one.
