Five stars and a few high fives. These guys were awesome to work with. I liked the 30 day trial but their service was outstanding and sales people were as low pressure as they come. Being a DIY guy, I approached the trial with skepticism but I was impressed--it was totally worth it to buy their systems and have them install it. People answered calls promptly or called back quick if they missed my call. The system is top notch. We really like it and Utah Water Systems worked with us in so many ways to help us get the right system for our family. Give them a shot; you'll be pleased you did.

My mother asked me to write this review for her since she's not online. The following is from her. "My experience from the first contact to the installation was very simple. All the people I talked to were very professional. Scheduling it was very smooth and they answered all my silly questions. The installer was very kind, quick and did a great job. I have enjoyed my system for the past year and have not had any issues at all and the best water." - Pat Stevens

I had such a positive experience with this company! From start to finish, they exemplified integrity and  professionalism. I had to replace a water softener previously purchased from a well known company. I did my homework and received several bids from local companies . Hands down this company blew the competition out of the water . I paid half the price and got twice the customer service. I was impressed with every member of their team.  From the honest owner, sales rep, skilled installer, and office staff, I never questioned just how much they value their customers . If you are in the market for a water softener, Utah Water Systems is the way to go!

Utah water has been fantastic to work with! The workers have gone far beyond my expectations! They have done everything in their power to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Their products are superior and I have loved having purified and soft water in my home. I would recommend this company to all who are seeking quality water products! Fabulous and very well run company. 10 stars!!

Easy and painless!  When I decided to get the water softener, they were available within a day or two. I tried the system for a month and have noticed a marked improvement!  Less shampoo, and detergent. Best of all: no spots on my dishes. No pressure sales at all!  Just information based on our needs.
