0/10 in customer service for the owner Brad Simon and 0/19 for no response.  He never answers emails and appears untrustworthy with his limited response received.  Fancy being in business and not responding to business emails!  I would recommend trying a reputable dealer instead.  As for their website queries you  may make, tried and tested, you would never get a response. So don't waste your time or your money because if something goes wrong that is their fault, you'd never get your money back!!!!!

They are the only bridal shop in town that charges $25 if you don’t show up for your appointment. I called to cancel  with ample time because my daughter had to, unexpectedly work and when I spoke to the girl that answered the phone she said thank you for letting us know in advance and confirmed that they would not charge me the $25. Immediately my credit card was charged and when I called to resolve this they were rude And very Unprofessional.  They valued the $25 more than they valued the customer satisfaction.  With customer service like that I’d be afraid of ordering my wedding dress there and what their reaction would be if something went wronf with my dress

Best place hands down. They have a large selection with a great variety of dresses. Staff is amazing, especially Sharika!!! They will all take great care of you!

Rashawn is amazing. You tell her what you're looking for and she delivers. She doesn't waste your time trying on dresses that you don't like and if you don't find it there, she will you guide in the right direction to another place that will have what you're looking for. Definitely recommend this place as your first stop.

I went in planning a wedding asap. Said really had no time to help me. But would show me a few dresses ONLINE ... ok so I was still willing to look.  Began telling her about a dress I saw and liked so she could get an idea of what I was looking for... she asked if I saw it in a store, I said yes.  She said well you can just go buy it from that store!  I was shocked and turned to leave, she said where are you going?  I said obviously I’m leaving because you don’t want to show or sell me anything.
Never been treated so poorly in less than 5 mind.  And in an EMPTY store.
