Five stars simply is not enough! I have been insured through this agency going on three years now and I have nothing but great things to say. From our car insurance, rental insurance and even our car loan, working with this establishment has been a breeze and has saved us tons of money. The girl in the office, Kirsten(?) has gone above and beyond, going as far as meeting me on my lunch break to have our documents signed. I recommend all of my friends and family... you will not be disappointed with this level of customer service, thank you Ray Hair!!

Have been with this Agency for the past 4 years, and have never had any issues! The ladies in the office are very efficient and the agent, Ray is always in the office and willing to meet with his clients! Which was very important to me. Highly recommend Ray Hair State Farm!

I don't know why some one would say they can not reach Ray Hair he is the only agent I have ever had that has his personal cell number on his business cards. Also all the girls in that office are very knowledgeable and if Ray Hair is not in the office they can take care of any thing you ask of them.

Staff is OK. Ray will NOT return questions, even after being told to contact him. Find another State Farm agent.

Rates were raised significantly a year after being involed in an accident in which I wasn't at fault.
