I just got home from AAA call.  My car broke down in downtown Fort Myers.  I called the service at about 7:10 pm and the service estimated arrival at 9:45 PM .  Almost 3 hours??? so 3 hours later I kid you not the guy shows up said Lee County doesn't have a service contract anymore so he came from North Port... he drove all the way to Fort Myers from north of Port Charlotte  for a simple tow.  That is insane! I'm calling the office Monday and complain.  I'd like to know when the Lee County AAA will resolve it's issues!

I went there for passport photos and an international driver's license. They were friendly and professional. There were lots if workers so the wait was fairly short. I have also bought luggage there and planned road trips.

Friendly staff. Office recently remodeled. Will soon have driver's license and vehicle plates service in house.

Horrible experience buying a home insurance policy with them! The insurance issues have been going on for 2 months now and not yet settled. The insurance company sent an email to the sales agent Stephanie Howell asking for repairs and inspection, which she didn't tell me in time! I tried to reach her so many times before hurricane Irma came to find out if the policy had been set up correctly, but she wouldn't return my call or send an email response. Later the company sent me a bill asking for more premium and they were going to cancel the policy because the paperwork was not filed properly. I had to find out all this via AAA's 1-800 number because this sales agent Stephanie Howell wouldn't do her job! I reported this to her boss John Risk, but he kept supporting her! I would stay away from the Fort Myers branch of AAA for home insurance!!
