Very, very disappointed! I rented a Portta Potty for our daughter who is living basically off the grid at our camp with no running water. Ray's has no problem automatically  deducting The monthly fees from my bank account but continues to fail to provide the weekly service as agreed upon in in contract.

Screwed me over, charged $497 for a water line for a fridge/freezer. I don’t know how this sleaze bag sleeps at night. Also they sent out an apprentice, started charging me for work from 7am and the guy didn’t even get here until 9am. I called the owner and he lacked customer service to say the least. Read the reviews there is a reason they only have 2 stars. Spread the word this company steals from hard working people, and when a problem  arises they couldn’t give two 💩.  You always think you’re better going with local businesses well this guy is what gives people a bad taste in their mouth.

I hadn't used Ray's in years, but have been very happy with their recent work on my home, especially the speed with which they rose to the occasion when the pump to my well gave out over a hot weekend. Another job took far longer than they had anticipated and they went easy on me with the final bill. The only drawback is their policy of paying on the day of service, which can create a hardship if it's an expensive emergency job like the water pump.That's the only reason I didn't give them five stars. Otherwise I have absolute confidence in their work, and they're mighty pleasant as well.

They used to be friendly and acted like they wanted my business. They gave me a free estimate on the Energy Kinetics System 2000, which I had them install and like very much. That was about 10 years ago. 3 years ago I wanted a System 2000 installed in my daughter's house they didn't show up. They kept telling me they would be there at a set time and then not show up. This went on for 3 weeks until I got the hint and hired a different plumber. I just got off the phone with them about doing some extensive remodeling. They agreed to come out the next day to go over what I wanted done but it was going to cost me $59 for a service charge. I said " I'm not going to pay $50 for an estimate". Big mistake because I was promptly hung up on. I foolishly thought that we negotiate.
