As a contrator I have used George in the past and will use him again. He tackles large and small jobs with knowledge and experience. He is fair in his estimates, returns phone calls and doesn't keep you hanging.

I have been working with George for over 3 years now. He has always been prompt and reliable and I trust him to give me an honest and knowledgeable opinion about what work needs to be done in my home. This past fall, we had him install a Solar Hot Water system for us. He did an excellent job and I can already tell that it has made a huge difference in the amount of oil we are consuming. I would not even think about looking elsewhere for my plumbing/heating needs.

George is very reliable and patient in his work. He has a great skillset, and lots of experience. He's very good to his customers and very competitive in his pricing. He doesn't leave you hanging when something goes wrong, and he doesn't charge outrageous fees for 10 minutes worth of work like some of these other guys who don't seem to care. Give George a call first!!

George has been a great plumber - he has done a new bathroom, toilet issues, pipe replacement, installing dishwasher and disposal, fixing leaks. He is prompt, courteous, and reliable. I have always been pleased with his work and rates.

George Doughty Plumbing and Heating is highly regarded and respected by us. He does excellent work and is prompt, friendly and a consumate professional. He has done extensive work on our 1780s house since we first called him in 2005 for a simple repair. We were so impressed we hired him to replace the boiler, hot water heater, run radaint floor heat in two bathrooms, large garage, mud room, and replumb 2 baths & kitchen addition.
