The shopping experience was educational and highly informative.  Our Associate was knowledgeable and kind - no pressure, which was especially helpful since I was purchasing a mattress.  He asked me a few questions then showed me the perfect choice.  I had already selected the bed I wanted.  He addressed my concerns about delivery of the items and gave me a good deal too.  I will definitely go back to this store when in the market for new furniture.  It was a highly enjoyable experience, thanks to Victor.

I would like to share my experience at Raymour & Flanigan that located at Valley Stream. 
In December I decided to buy a new mattress. The store had beautiful selection of mattresses and it was very difficult to make up your mind. Thanks to Erick Hall I was able to make right decision. He was very professional and friendly. He explained differences between all mattresses and I bought the most expensive mattress at the time. However Erick told me that it is possible to make a price adjustment if the price goes down during the 30 days after my purchase.
I was very lucky because in the beginning of January there was a big sale. So I went back to the store and got $300 discount on my amazing mattress. I was very happy that Raymour &Flanigan provides this service for customers. I would recommend this store to everybody. Much higher quality than Ikea’s and better prices.

I’ve always loved the furniture from Raymour. It is durable and high quality. I am grateful to my sales girl Natalie Ortega at the Valley Stream location, she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I got a great price and the delivery was pretty fast. I have recommended family members who have also had a great experience with Natalie and the Raymour team.

I am more than satisfied with my experience at Raymour & Flanigan. Especially the Valley Stream store. First I would like to say that shopping for furniture for a new apartment is very difficult! And I was overwhelmed with choosing what I wanted and needed! But Natalie Ortega made everything simple and fun! She took her time and listened to my concerns and my ideas and she helped my ideas come to life! I was able to reach her if I had any questions and she didn’t hesitate to call me back with updates! This is the kind of service I really appreciate. I would recommend Raymour & Flanigan to my new neighbors especially the one in Valley Stream and I will tell them about the sales associate Natalie Ortega. Thank you all! And happy holidays!

Great quality Furniture! With reasonable Prices. Also the employees who delivered the furniture were very efficient. Thanks to Natalie Ortega for being an amazing sales rep, and providing me what I asked for. I recommend anyone who is looking for long lasting furniture to shop at Raymour and Flanigan. Thanks for the experience.
