What can be frustrating is getting used to picking up specific products then they quit carrying them w/o notice. 
For those complaining about prices, please think about how far everything has to be trucked in. That costs money. Think about specialty items bought in small numbers. That means the price per item will be higher. 
Yes, they're the only game in town and the only grocery store for at least an hour in any direction. I'm grateful they're here.

The people who work at Rays are amazing. They are the only reason I give any stars at all. I would not recommend shopping at Rays except for select rare reasons. The prices are higher than any place I've ever gone. Rays advertisements and coupons often end up confusing, and usually only end up being a good deal compared with thier own blown out prices.

I love Ray's!  Yes, it's a little more expensive than shopping in town, but I can't take two hours running into town for a gallon of milk!  The quality of all food products sold at Ray's is awesome!  So grateful Ray's is close by!  Also, they have meat sales which are terrific prices, even compared to in town!  And the fried chicken in the deli is wonderful, as well as very inexpensive! Thanks so much, Ray's!

Part of the reason Oakridge is poor.  Low income people have nowhere else to shop. These criminal scumbags charge $11.99/lb for meat that costs $6.18/lb in Eugene. $23.00 for a 12 pack of beer that costs $13 in Eugene.

Their workers are great, friendly,  hard-working people,  but the corporation should be run out of town
