I've been a customer here for years .. this location where I opened my first bank account so I used to know most of the staff and they were great to me as I'm a Realtor & I referred a lot of my customers to this branch and obtained few mortgages to my customers from this location .. I've never had a bad experience here. 
The tellers maybe slow just because they have high turn over and they always hire new people there plus they handle money so they have to be very careful and take their time with each customer to avoid mistakes ..

I have never been to a bank where they do not allow their clients to use their bathroom.  How can you not have a bathroom that clients can use, disrespectful.

This Branch as got to be the worst for RBC Rude staff when being referred to the Manager as this guy. Not happy with my experience at all
