My family and I have been very pleased with the quality of our new home construction, the level of detail/craftsmanship, ease of contact/communication with Chester, and the level of customer service provided by Chester Richardson Construction. 

Richardson Construction allowed my family to move all of our belongings into the garage of the new home 10 days before the official closing date due to the difference in closing dates of the home we sold and the new home.

Therefore, my family and I would strongly recommend using Richardson Construction for your next new home construction or remodeling needs.

Chester, Vern and the crew at RC are knowledgeable, attentive, fair and most of all do good work and complete the job to the customers satisfaction. They are the first ones I call for my construction needs. Highly recommended!!

We have worked with Vern Freymuth, VP of Sales & Operations for Richardson Commercial Roofing, and his crews to re-roof most of the plant, office, and pump station buildings within our system. Vern’s crews did a great job re-roofing all those buildings.  Their work was always well done, completed on time, and within budget.  We would not hesitate to ask Richardson Commercial Roofing to bid our next roofing project.
