First off, the pizza is very good. I've gotten the Sicilian crust, grandmas pie, and the regular thin crust. All were very good. Having said that, every time I call to put in an order, I'm given a time of about 30 minutes until my pizza is ready for pickup. I get there around 30 minutes after I call, expecting my pizza to be ready or just about ready, and every single time I have to wait an extra 30 minutes at least. Last time I was told 30 minutes like always, and I even waited about 40 minutes to get there, but I was told they were just now PUTTING IT IN THE OVEN when I got there. Look, sometimes you get busy. I understand that, but I wish I would be given a more accurate, honest time for when my pizza will be ready. I live about 20-25 minutes away so I try and plan to get there when I'm told the pizza will be ready, and it's pretty frustrating to have to go and sit up there an extra half hour or more once I get there. Also, on busy weekends, please hire some people to just answer the phone and take orders. It's almost impossible to even get through in the phones when it's a busy weekend, and when you finally do you're put on hold for 10-15 minutes. Overall pizza is good, but customer care leaves a little to be desired. Edit**** just to further emphasize the above concerns, I recently tried putting in an order for pickup over the phone. This is several weeks after the above part of my review. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, so I finally hung up and called again. When I was asked to be out on hold again, I said I’d already been put on hold for over 10 minutes. The girl told me she was helping walk in customers and they were busy. She also seemed a little upset that I brought up the fact that I’d already been on hold a while. I realize the place can be busy. That’s understandable, but to ask a customer to sit and wait on hold for 10-15 minutes is not acceptable. You’re telling me that some other person can’t take 60 seconds to grab my order on the phone? Once again, the pizza is good but the customer service is not. Either hire more workers to keep up with orders or come up with a better system to take phone orders. I really like the pizza, but I may have to start looking elsewhere since these experiences are a regular occurrence.

Customer service is terrible my wife tried to place an order for delivery and she waited over 25 minutes on the phone. When she questioned the girl picking up the phone she said that they were trying to help their dine in customers first and that they deliveries where not available at that time. I understand that when the customer is at the location is priority however a customer is a customer in person or on the phone and their value and money should be the same. They should have a better system to handle the phone orders and satisfied both customers otherwise why bother advertising something they cannot accomplish. Food is good but I am not willing to beg them to sale me a pizza.

Really good food. The delivery was quick and accurate. Went back the next day to dine in lunch. Evan with nice and the food was great again.

Spectacular. Shrimp scampi is the best I've ever had. The New Yorker pizza is outstanding. Everything served hot and generous portions. Ate inside this time...Don't let the appearance fool you. This is the best pizza in Kingwood, hands down.

Best of Kingwood. Great staff, incredible food. Pizza and stromboli are top shelf. And don't sleep on the wings, even though it's a pizza place. Never been disappointed here.
