Good food. Fast, friendly service. Kids can be loud without disturbing the surrounding tables. Lots of fun for the whole family. Food prices aren't too high, but a group of more than 2 or 3 is going to be expensive.

We used to go here for the prime rib, but lately it's been hit or miss. Sometimes everything comes out looking great and other times, we have to send it back because it looks like it was scraped together from the leftover scraps. The rolls are always good, drinks too. The sweet potatoes usually are good but occasionally even those aren't that appealing.

My husband and I had the 6oz sirloin. As always it was done just right. I can count on Texas Road house to do it right. Kim was our server and she did a great job. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Shannon is not a nice person I've never had any trouble with the other wait staff that he has or anybody that works there but he is a very rude man. We love roadhouse and eat there quite often and have for many years But I wonder why. 3 different times over a couple years I've done the call ahead seating and when I get there they can't find it and he looks at me like I'm lying and never called in And speaks very rudely to me.

They rate low. I probably won't be back. They forgot a few things that I ordered on takeout. I let them know about forgotten items and they didn't care. I just can't go back to pick up the food they forgot. I ordered takeout to begin with because I had other things to do. This was the 2nd time this occurred. I let them know both times and each time it was ok thanks for letting us know we will have them check bags from now on. It's annoying when it is something you ordered and payed for. I guess customer service is not a big deal to them.
