Russ was very attentive to making sure my families trip was the best experience possible. He was diligent in finding the best deals and because of his travel experiences, was able to give tips that helped keep us on track as the trip approached. From the planning stages to our arrival home he was with us every step of the way!

Russ recently booked a tour to California’s Wine Country for my wife and I that was far more enjoyable than we could have imagined.  His choice of lodging for us in Wine Country was perfect.  Our wine tour guide that Russ recommended was not only extremely knowledgeable but entertaining as well.  We ended our tour in San Francisco for a couple of nights where Russ found us a reasonably priced hotel in a great location.  All in all, this was a fabulous trip.  We highly recommend Russ for your Wine Country experience.

I worked with Russ booking my cruise.  The experience was first rate, and even got me an upgrade I hadn't expected.   Thank goodness he was there to help me with paperwork.  It was nice to know I was leaving with all the documentation and a good idea what to expect each step of my way.   Being a first time on a ship it was great to hear his experiences to "blaze" the way and guide me.  I'll never book online now that I know the value of having an advocate.

Our family just returned from Alaskan cruise that Russ help us plan.  It was definitely the best vacation we have ever had thanks to Russ.  He thought of every detail in planning our trip and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  We look forward to working again with him soon!!!
