Best agents in the area.

We had a protracted, unpleasant experience.......never proactive......nothing was taken care of until well after it could/should have been done......ineffectiveness with pleas of ignorance and ineffective communication......my lender had two persons assigned to service my purchase......each had an office phone, a cell phone, a fax number and an email address but allegedly cannot be reached.......

I would guess that this organization has poor training and poor supervision.......as with any agent to customer relationship, one should vet the office and the agent carefully before dealing thru them. I did not do this even though I was warned......I wouldn't recommend any real estate agent without current reliable information that actually justifies a wothwhile business relationship....

We sold our home in Florida thru a REMAX office and the service and transaction experience could not have been better.....in sharp contrast, the experience here was the polar opposite. 

There were no amenities offered and I would have to say it is likely none exist......I expected a welcome wagons type of packet with lots of helpful, useful phone numbers, addresses, coupons, churches, police, schools and the like in the community areas......not the first one......my impression  of the experience was that they wanted to collect their 6% and actually do the least possible......this is their mission statement, apparently......
