Quality People and Services. From the beginning they have offered sound advice, vetted only the best tenants, and given me peace of mind.  As an owner I want to be confident that not only my property but my tenants are well taken care of and with Rebecca and her staff I have never felt anything but.  They are fair, respond promptly and have my best interests at heart.

Highly recommend for property management! They do a great job managing each property and handling difficult tenants. Professional, kind and take extremely good care of property owners. I would not use any other company to manage my rentals.

These people are ridiculously insane!! My sister rents a house from them and they told them it was central air and heat, it wasn't then the lady told them they had to get their own air and heat. Tried to get gas turned on and the gas man literally laughed because the house would.catch fire(July). Then they would NEVER fix the plumbing. So on 1/18/18 my sister returned home to her kids room on fire due to the wires in the attic. They haven't tried to put my family in another house or anything. The manager keeps putting them off to someone else trying to rent them trashy houses. Then on this morning of 1/24/18 we go to the house to see if anything was salvageable and THEY HAVE A LOCK ON DOOR!! WOW this company is absolutely heartless and I wouldn't rent a dog house from them. The neighbors and the old renters said this is normal. I'm in complete disbelief 😤😖 I WILL BE SHARING THIS STORY WITH EVERYONE AND ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA

The property management team is very helpful and professional. They manage alot of my family's homes and do an incredible job! I would highly recommend! Two thumbs up!!
