I felt discriminated against. I truly did by Kim Taylor. She made rude remarks on my religion and made my application process extremely tedious and difficult. I stuck it out and gave her everything she asked for- and some!!! Even my fiance, who's stationed on the other side of the country went out of his way to send her the additional info she asked for. Eventually we gave up on her and went through another company, who was more prestige and made the process easier. We moved in 2 days later, whereas it took 2 weeks for Cent21 to even get started.

Extremely terrible people to do business with. They will convinetly *lose payments* and then miss charge you, and be rude to you and not apologize for their own incompetence. They will also NOT take care of properties they are assigned. 

Go somewhere else for business.
