Jane Lee graduated from Fuzhou University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and in 1992 she earned a master’s degree in computer science from Loyola University Chicago. She also completed coursework in marketing at Northern Illinois University before beginning her career in real estate.

Today Jane Lee is President of RE/MAX Top Performers in Lake Bluff, IL and has emerged as one of the most successful Real Estate Brokers in the United States. After working as a highly productive Sales Associate with RE/MAX for nearly ten years, Jane achieved #1 Agent status in the Northern Illinois region. In 2000 she purchased her own RE/MAX brokerage and formed her award winning team of agents and industry experts The Jane Lee Team. Her team of 20 agents averages a sales volume between $100M – $174M per year.

Jane leads a team of over 25 highly productive sales agents and industry experts. Collectively, her team offers the most comprehensive representation in all areas of real estate including luxury properties, investment and rental property, commercial property and short sale/REO properties. The brokerage offers a full service marketing department, customer care team, closing department, short sale department and an administrative staff available 7 days a week.

Jane is currently ranked #1 in the Northern Illinois region; #1 in Lake County, Illinois; #4 in Illinois; #11 Nationwide; and #18 Worldwide. She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including the Diamond Club, Platinum Club, Circle of Legends Awards, a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and a Luminary of Distinction Award. She has been inducted into the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club and was featured in the Wall Street Journal in 2006 as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Brokers in the United States. She was named “Best in Business in the Real Estate Category” by the Small Business Commerce Association in 2009 and 2012. Her team of 20 agents averages a sales volume between $100 million – $174 million per year.

Jane holds several professional designations requiring rigorous study and demonstration of performance including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investment Agent Specialist (CIAS) and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a graduate of Star Power University.

Despite her busy schedule, Jane finds time to dedicate to charitable organizations. She is a leader and mentor to Chinese-American students and an avid supporter and fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network. Jane and her team regularly sponsor local community events including parades, festivals and fundraisers and participate in team building activities to grow and strengthen the dynamic of the Jane Lee Team. Jane enjoys international travel and world culture and returns to China regularly.

Jane is a loving wife to her husband John and mother to two children, her daughter Chelsea and son Corey.
