Came over and said it was a job they could handle and scheduled me for "early next week". That came and went with no contact. I called them, they said they'd check back and call me back. NO CALLBACK. Same thing next day,  I call them, they tell me they'll figure it out and call me back NO CALL BACK. Same thing on the third day, no call or update. Extremely disrespectful in my opinion. If they don't want the business, or are busy, they should refuse the job politely. Not string someone out so they can come at their convenience. I have no water at my house, it might not be a priority for them, but it is to me.

I've used Reading 3 times since buying our house in 2013, and each time their service has been excellent. I've used them to remove a whole-house filter, snake a drain pipe, and today they fixed a shower faucet that wouldn't turn off. They were at my door less than an hour after I called, and the technician was friendly, professional, and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
