Not a very good experience at all. We had a sewage back-up with our basement flooding and we called at 8am and they said they would put us on the emergent list and we called at 4pm to see when they were coming (because they still hadn’t) and they said they probably won’t make it to us today. Didn’t say sorry, didn’t say they could try to come out to us now. Poor customer service, and poor communication.

Came out same day to take care of the problem and even cleaned up a mess in the basement that they didn't make.

I contacted Roto Rooter a few weeks ago for a sewer clog I had and the Gentlemen that came out (Andy and Joe) were extremely professional, honest, and went out of their way for me to understand my issue. They were very reasonably priced and had the problem solved in no time. 

I again called them today for another clog I had. I was at work when I called and they sent out again (Andy and Joe) to resolve my issue. My wife was home while they were fixing the problem and they were extremely professional, honest, and treated her the same way as they treated me. They got straight to business and had the issue fixes in no time. Once the job was completed they showed my wife what they did and explained everything to her. She was highly impressed with how they treated her and how they took the time to explain what they did. Again I called them this morning and within a few hours the problem was fixed. And yet again they were very reasonable on the price. 

I can honestly say that any plumbing issues I have I will always call Roto Rooter. I am extremely satisfied with their staff, services, and pricing. I had no idea who to call when I had this issue the first time. I called a lot of companies I found online and I can say Roto Rooter was the most knowledgeable and honest. I am a person who looks at reviews and calls with a million questions. Theye never once we're rude or acted as if they didn't care. 

I did forget to mention that where the clog was located wasn't easy to discribe. We just purchased our home late last year and had multiple people look at the area that was clogged. No one could tell what it was for. The mechanic (Andy) knew exactly what it was and explained how it fuctions. That right there tells me these people know what they are doing.
