PEOPLE BEWARE OF DOING ANY TYPE OF REAL ESTATE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND AGENT NAME BY TAMMY LAMBARD. HIRE HER AS MY AGENT AND GAVE HER CHECK FOR $1000.00 AS EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT. WHEN FOUND MANY THINGS WERE HIDING ON THE PROPERTY I TOLD HER WE GONNA HAVE TO BACK OUT ON THIS HOUSE. AS SHE IS MY OWN AGENT SHE BECAME VERY ANGRY, MAD AND THREAT ME FRONT OF MY FAMILY THAT, IF I DON'T GO FORWARD WITH THE PROPERTY SHE WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY. MY ENTIRE FAMILY SHOCK BY HER BEHAVIOR AND ATTITUDE. NEVER THOUGH MY OWN AGENT WILL BEHAVE AND GET SO GREEDY LIKE THAT UNTIL I EXPERIENCE WITH HER.HE KEPT ME WAITED WEEK AND STOP TAKING MY PHONE CALL OR RESPOND TO TEXT. I HAD TO BLOCK CALL HER TO ANSWER MY CALL. SHE REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY AND HANG UP THE PHONE. I CONTACTED HER OFFICE MANAGER DON SAYMON AND HE DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL AND LET HER STEAL MY $1000.00 DOLLAR. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO DOING ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE NIGHTMARE AND FRUSTRATION. TAMMY LAMBARDO NOTHING BUT THIEF, GREEDY AND DISHONEST. I HOPE NOBODY ELSE GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH WITH HER. AGAIN, PLEASE, BE WATCH OUT FOR TAMMY LAMBARDO. DON'T BE VICTIM OF HER SCAM.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I caught one of their agents leaving unprofessional material while she was showing my home to a potential buyer. When I spoke to her manager about this he became verbally aggressive and accused me of making it up, despite having proof. I would advise against using this company for buying and/ or selling.
