I am so unhappy with the service I have received from the brokerage.  I have been very patient with the agent Ticia Kouvaris and Fredi Miller.  They have had 9 months to sell my house and in that time I have had  very few showings.  I asked to termination our relationship and they had in the contract that I was not made aware a 120 day cancelation period, which after speaking to multiple agencies this time frame is unheard of. The broker David Politzer said he would meet with them which he did and they still would not let me out of the contract.  BE WARE of this team "The Fredi Miller Team"  read the fine print.

Repeatedly scheduled and failed to show, call or cancel showings of my house. Zero consideration for the seller's time and schedule. Keep that in mind before you use these guys.
