I believe this company may be in financial trouble. I am in their facility on Alton/Pacific in Irvine and they left the building at the end of July 2017 and it was immediately taken over by Premier. From what I was told, allegedly, they had not been paying their rent to the Irvine Company for many months and they were evicted from the premises. Now my $2600 security deposit, which I paid to ROC is in question. I asked ROC about it and they said it was no longer their problem and did not want to discuss it. Premier informed me that they do not have an agreement with me, and ROC is responsible. That makes sense to me. But ROC will not return my emails. They have great prices and their service is great, but if they are not paying their own rent to the Irvine Company, that will eventually be an issue! Renter beware!

ROC is great because it's inexpensive, doesn't require a long term commitment, we can have meetings on the patio, we get work done in quiet areas, and we can pop in to work in any of the ROC locations. AWESOME concept for people who don't need an entire private office on an ongoing basis.

Really nice building, although it was kind of hard to get to. A few doors going into the entrance didn't allow me to go into the main entrance, I had to walk around the other three sides before I finally found the entrance. Of course, all doors looked the same.

I've been to (1) a job fair and (2) a hackathon that were both hosted here. It seems like a good place to set up a first office for a small business/startup. It's probably not everything you could possibly want (eg: no known food super close), but it is modern and sleek. It seems popular too (there's another location closer to the airport, and few of the offices were empty), so it's probably priced right.

Nice contemporary office. Front desk ladies were really nice and helped out with directions and information for the building.
