This review is LONG overdue!!  Becky Jones has managed my properties since 2002 and is AMAZING!!   Becky is attentive and very timely for all matters that require immediate attention as well as being prepared and giving a "heads up" for future needs. She is organized, dependable and timely in all matters whether it is an "emergency situation" or letting me know of a repair that was taken care of and completed.  As far as tenants,  she always communicates any concerns or wants and follows up with suggestions and solutions.  I value her profession and personal opinions in everything we discuss.  I would highly recommend Becky Jones for your Property Management.

Philip Halenkov of Realty Masters helped us with our home search this past summer.  He showed us homes that met our needs because he genuinely listened to us.  He was more interested in our personal satisfaction rather than just making a quick sale.  He was very professional but quite personable, too.  His attention to detail made the purchase of our new home a very easy and stress free process.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Called to discuss my account and Krystal the employee who answered the phone for Realty Masters was extremely rude and spoke in a disrespectful tone for no apparent reason. Instead of just nicely stating the my manager is unavailable and you can email her. She said rudely said you need to just email her after I asked to speak with my property manager. She did not say why just kept saying email your manager for every question I had,  when last time I was able to speak with my property manager, who was a different person at the time. I was not rude to her in any way however she was very snippy and disrespectful to me in how she spoke. There was no reason to speak to me in that manner.  When I am just curious about what I am being charged on my account. Extremely poor costumer service.

I used Realty Masters of Florida in my search to find the perfect home. My realtor, James Adcox, did a great job from start to finish. We had very specific parameters set as far as what we were looking for and he really focused all of his attention into what we had in mind. Very professional and easy to work with. I will be using Realty Masters in near future! Great local company! Highly recommended.

I’m not a type of person to write reviews so read this as more of a warning. DO NOT lease from these people. They refused to fix drafty doors, replace a washing machine, took over a year to fix a leaking roof, moved into a filthy house and a yard that hadn’t been taken care of in years. After leaving it in better condition they still SCAMMED me out of my security deposit. You can do better...
