I've been seeing Stephanie to treat my diastasis after two big babies. Her athletic background makes a huge difference in understanding my physical and mental challenges in wanting to regain strength and be active again. She's given me information and feedback that I was not finding anywhere else, despite my extensive research and visit with a more generalized sports PT. After four visits, I'm seeing a big difference physically and in the gym!

I have 3 herniated disks in my lower back. Pregnancy destroyed me and carrying around a baby/toddler caused flair ups monthly. I saw Jackie at Rebalance and she changed my life! She helped me not only strengthen my back and core (at a reasonable pace) but helped me learn day to day changes I could make to help keep my posture and core strong. The group is incredibly understanding of the challenges moms face when trying to get stronger core muscles while chasing after children and accommodate with tips and tricks to be mindful of your core when doing day to day activities. This is not your typical PT factory. Each visit is one on one and tailored to your needs and strengths. I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and the team at Rebalance. Worth every penny!

Elayne completely cured me of my pain and discomfort. Not only did she give me hope when I had none, but she was kind and generous with her time and attention. I can not recommend her enough! I also really feel strongly that women who have given birth vaginally should consider pelvic floor therapy no matter what kind of traumatic birth they experienced. I was under the impression that this kind of PT was only helpful for women who have become incontinent, or have prolapse. But pelvic floor PT is amazing for all sorts of problems, including helping to heal scar tissue. Women, please consider this before you have surgery. I was told by my midwives and doctors to see a specialist, but in the end this was not necessary thanks to PT. Spread the word! Let's get our lives back and let's get educated! Thank you Elayne!

I have had many clients see the physical therapists at this practice and they have been very happy with the results. Rebalance provides quality, compassionate and personalized care. I highly recommend this practice.
