Drew Wallace runs a tight ship with grace, humor and the utmost professionalism. I was an emotional basket case when I first went to the Flourtown office following hip replacement surgery. I felt feeble and helpless. Drew listened with empathy and quickly helped me re-focus on getting strong and gaining confidence, customizing my treatment to my particular situation. With each session I felt more informed about my body and increasingly can-do about my progress. Every member of the staff -- from Jenn who greets you with a smile, to the other therapists in the office, the place exudes positive energy. I know where I'm going if the other hip needs replacing!

It starts from the top down. The staff exhibit the same thoughtfulness and professionalism I saw in Drew when I went to him for rehabilitation after hip surgery. I never felt as though the care I received was rote. He responded to me and to what I needed with great kindness and attention. My experience was entirely positive. It’s a loving place.

Drew at Flourtown is my hero!  I have recovered from two shoulder surgeries, back complaints, and a few other old guy / aging athlete issues, in the very capable hands of Drew & staff in Flourtown PA. This is a physical therapy establishment like no other! The entire staff is not only rehabilitation oriented, but also  knowledgeable in strength building and athletics, and they have an amazing assortment, ever-growing, of gadgets and equipment for the  physically recovering and also those seeking performance enhancement.  Drew is a great & vast resource of recovery exercises and creativity in that department.  I highly recommend this company!

I went to the Flourtown location of Wallace & Nilan to get physical therapy for a rotator cuff strain.  My physician thought it would be a 6 to 8 week rehab.  Three months and two setbacks later caused by exercises I was asked to perform, my shoulder was actually worse off than when I started.  Needless to say, I left W & N and started seeing another PT with much more experience rehabbing injuries like mine and I expect to be back near 100% after one month of treatment. While the therapists at W & N are clearly qualified, I was assigned a younger PT with less experience that pursued a rehab plan that was clearly not the right one for me and my injury.  Other W & N reviews which mentioned not getting a lot of your PTs time during your therapy sessions because multiple clients are scheduled in the same time slot was also true for me.  I believe this lack of attention combined with the PT's inexperience contributed to the poor outcome in my case.  My word of caution is to make sure you choose a PT who has a lot of experience with your particular injury for someone with your profile (age, gender, fitness level, etc.) and that you have their undivided attention when you are getting treated.

This is a great place for PT.  Drew Wallace and his staff are highly skilled and put together a program that will get you back to your activities.   They give you a lot of personal attention and hands-on help.  The atmosphere is friendly and fun.
