My husband and I are very pleased with the overall service we received from Rebuild Texas.  Jennifer was excellent to work with during the entire process.  She is personable as well as professional. The roofers did an excellent quality job and left the yard clean.  The gutter team was top notch. Their work surpassed our expectations (and my husband is picky).
We highly recommend Jennifer and her team at Rebuild Texas. Customer service goes a long way!

Rebuild Texas did a phenomenal job!  The contractor, Jennifer, that was assigned to me was awesome.  She was super nice and very knowledgeable.  She handled everything for me and made the process extremely easy.  She even contacted my insurance company for me when they tried to not pay for the hail damage.  I was trying to sell my house and had to do it quickly.  She was able to get me scheduled and done before my closing date.  The crew who did the roof was also amazing.  they did the whole thing in one day.  they stayed after and did a very thorough job of cleaning up so there was no debris or nails left in my lawn.  And the finished roof looks amazing!  To add one more positive note, my insurance company was dragging their feet on paying for the project.  For whatever reason, they reimbursed the cost of the new roof in three separate checks, and it took almost 3 months to get all three checks.   Rebuild Texas was very patient with me and never once made me feel rushed to get the checks knowing that it wasn't my fault.   Jennifer made the time to come to me and collect the checks so i didn't have to drive to her or miss work to drop the checks off.  Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Rebuild Texas!

I was really satisfied with the work that rebuild Texas did on my roof. One of the things that made the experience so good was that Becky really explain the entire process. She also took me through the attic to point out areas of concern and made sure to reinforce an area that was leaking.

Quick and easy communication with the project manager Nick, along with clear explanation of the work to be completed. The cost of the project was explained and followed through for the price stated, they worked with my insurance and handled the transaction without any problem or concern. Rebuild Texas proved to be professional and reliable, I was pleased with my experience and Nick made the whole process easy.
