We went on Halloween. Evidently since we weren't regulars we were never called up for karaoke, which is the whole reason you go the Red Balloon.  The wait staff was nice and friendly, but they seemed understaffed as there only appeared to be 2 people to take drink orders for the whole bar.  We were really disappointed and left early.

It is a great hole in the wall. Nothing fancy but great service and wonderful employees. If you like karaoke you found your home.

The bar and waiting staff are great, the prices for drinks are excellent and the food is pretty darn good. The best part is kareoke every night, tip the kj and they usually move you as forward as they can. Pool is only 75 instead of a dollar. Free darts on Tuesday and Thursday, great dive bar.
