It is a cute little bookstore, but it does seem to be a little bit cluttered. There is a great variety of books from drama to suspense, but it is very cluttered. Now if you are absolutely into books and can see past the dust some of the cobwebs and the piles and piles of books, then this place is definitely the spot for you. Not to mention there are a lot of older books there so if you absolutely love to find great reads in older stories, this is the place for you. But in my opinion, in my personal opinion, I would much rather get a book from an uncluttered and a very organized Barnes and Nobles grab a chair and read a book than to try and not knock over a pile of books in the store. I don't mean to insult the store, but it is just a little bit crowded( and not with people,) with books. This is just my personal take on this place. I do not mean to insult anybody.

A real used book store. Smells like wonderful library and paper floor to ceiling stacked with books. Great staff.

Make no mistake there actually is a bookstore in Springfield, it just isn't in the downtown. There is a wide selection of books but it can get cramped.

The books are grouped into general sections: children's, self-help, religion, cookbooks, fiction, classics, romance, etc. The distinctions between these groups aren't as clear as they could be, so this bookstore is more for the patient, the ones who get great joy out of finding a really cool classic or a collection of stories from their childhood. It will take awhile to peruse the whole store, but I guarantee you'll find some winners in there.
