Great location close to my home.   They did a full shampoo and detail on my car.   Great detail work.   They have excellent customer service.   The price was a little steep but worth the end result.  I give them five stars and would highly recommend them for their great service and quality.

Took my truck in on 10/16/17-

Asked to have the VIP wash done. They said it would be $43. Okay. So I go in inside and wait. After 15 minutes a cleaning person goes inside and says something to the cashier. The cashier walks over to me and takes my ticket and writes, "Tar and Mud +$20". So my bill just increased by 50%. I was a little irritated because there wasn't ANY tar or mud on my truck when I brought it in. However it had been a couple months since I had it cleaned thoroughly, so I sucked it up and reassured myself they were just going to get it really clean. 

After about an hour, my truck is finished and I walk up to the cashier, and hand her my ticket so I can pay. At that point she adds ANOTHER added expense; "Extra dirty +$5". WOW! There wasn't even a single piece of trash in the truck when I brought it in. The interior was completely empty. Just needed vacuumed and wiped down. The wheels and tires weren't muddy. The body and fenders just needed washed and waxed. I have a bed cover, so it's not like they went the extra mile to clean the bed. And yet, I'm hit with another 'dirty' charge. Whatever, I'm ready to leave in my spotless truck. 

I hand the cashier my card. But nope, their credit card machine is broken. This is irritating because this is a business expense and now I have to submit for reimbursement. Not usually a big deal, but I'll have to explain why I'm spending $70 to clean an office truck. Awesome. So I get out my only cash, $100 that I keep for emergencies, and pay. 

Let me tell you, if that's as bad as it got, I would have left happy. I got in the truck and it didn't even look like they touched the dash. The center console was haphazardly wiped, and the trim pieces were extremely splotchy. The floor mats didn't have the shine that they usually do, either. I was very unimpressed. However, the wash took significantly longer than I expected, and I had a conference call to be on, so I didn't wait around. I simply left, extremely disappointed. I wish I could attach the picture I took upon entering my truck after they were finished. 

Moral of the story- don't take your car here if you are in a hurry, plan on using card, or have a slightly dirty vehicle. I almost think I was taken advantage of because they assumed it was a company vehicle and I work in the oil field. I would have been okay being the victim of price gouging if my truck had actually been cleaned properly as a result. That wasn't the case. I won't be sending any more of my trucks over there.

What is advertised is not what you get. Excessive wait times, spots, road grime and bug still on car after wash. Would not recommend this business.  This was my experience three times in a row in a period of six months.

Good wash but the automated spray does not get the rear end clean depending on your vehicle type. It must be done by the attendant before you enter. They seem to do it 99% of the time. You do get a hand towel dry every time, even if it's the cheapest exterior wash. Note: I generally only get the cheapest wash. If I want a real detail job, I prefer to do it myself. Nobody to blame but me, but it's done to my expectation.

Over an hour for a basic wash and wipe down. 2 pm on a Friday, it wasn't that busy. Been coming here for years, won't be any longer. Not sure what's happened to this place but I'll be finding a new car wash.
