Ultimate Car Wash shredded my tire and they refuse to pay for it. Take a look at the picture. The attendant asked me to leave the $300 rim and he would get I fixed. He was aware and present for the entire episode. The car quit moving forward. The attendant\manager on duty stopped the wash, knocked on my window, asked me to turn my wheel. When he started it back, you could hear the wheel being aligned back in place. Once I was through the wash, the tire was flat. The manager – Gina – refuses to pay the $189 for the tire because she does not believe it could have happened. Ultimate Car Wash in Bethany, OK is a fraudulent business. Go somewhere else.

This place has FREE VACUUMS! It's an awesome place to go, whether I'm driving for UBER or just using my old car to save gas. I love the promise of a free wash* if it rains within 3 days... *w/purchase of the $12 wash only. They have a great wash for just $6 for those on a budget. P.S. Thank you for the free vacuums even if I'm not buying a wash!

The guy performing the prewash didn't take more than two seconds to brush off the bugs on the front grill. Most of the vacuum hoses were clogged and didn't work. The landscaping is deplorable. It's obvious that this company doesn't care anything about keeping the car wash in COMPETITIVE shape.
