Great customer service, they make everything very simple and easy. You can make your payments right on site or via phone. Very great place for all storage needs.

Outstanding customer service! Above par, I give them a AAA rating! I receive free curtiousy text messages as reminders that my rental fee is due. I get monthly offers and pertinent information. Its a well lite, well secured area. Camera's at several locations within the gates to aid in security. They have an on sure portal that allows for payments, contracting available space. Each rental user is given an independent private password to allow entrance into the storage area. The portal allows for online chat for any questions or concerns. Newer building and lowest rates in the region. Would not suggest you use any other facility. I highly recommend Red Dot!
