Damaged my favorite suit jacket tearing a hole in the sleeve. I returned it for them to look at and for them to give me a call. A month later, the jacket was returned (picked up by my sister) and the hole in the sleeve was stitched over in a horrendous way. I called and left messages for the manager for another month and some weeks. The service reps said that they've told the manager to call me. One of my last attempts to get this fixed by Red Hanger, the service rep said that the manager believes it was damaged before it got to them because I filed a complaint about it weeks later after picking it up the very first time. 1. I don't rip off the plastic coverings to each item from the dry cleaner as soon as I get home. I open them when I'm getting ready to wear them under the assumption that they are pressed and cleaned appropriately. 2. I do have more than one shirt and jacket in my closet. The assumption that I should've already worn this suit jacket earlier than a few weeks later is foolish. 3. I still haven't spoken to the manager despite my numerous calls and left messages. They've lost me and my family's business for good.

Terrible customer service. I sent my dress to clean and found out there were tears on the dress. I brought it back and asked them to fix it. The girl said she would show it to the manager. Next day, no call. I have to go back to the store and found out that they argued it was what it was before wash and refused to fix it nor do anything about it. During the entire time, the girl had terrible terrible attitude! Never come back again. They lost my business forever!

I'm not really sure what everyone is talking about when it comes to this cleaner. On multiple occassions I have brought my Army dress uniform to get dry cleaned and they are great. As long as you bring in the items before 9am you can always pick up by 4pm the same day. What I found interesting is that everyone complained about the customer service. I am not going to a resturant when dropping off dry cleaning. I expect the items to be cleaned properly, which they always are, and nothing more. You can do as you wish, but I would highly recommend this cleaner for good service and a decent price.

I took a cream colored suit in to be cleaned, there was a spot on the skirt, which I pointed out. When I came in to pick up the suit the spot was still on the skirt and the jacked now had multiple stains all over one side. The stains were not on the jacket when I brought it in. They have what they call a "spot book" which they said they noted the spots on the jacket when it was brought in. This is a spiral notebook that they could have filled out at any time, since mine was the first entry on the page. They did not show me the "spot book" until the fourth time I was in the store. The manager was rude and very unfriendly. When they told me there was nothing else they could do and they would not return my money or pay for the suit I asked them to call the owner. The manager told the owner I called her a liar, but that was incorrect. I told her someone could have added the note in the "spot book" after the suit was ruined. The owner told me they would not refund my money and certainly would not pay for the suit. She then told me to leave the store. It was clear to see where her employees got their customer service skills, it was obvious who their teacher was. So after 4 trips and $8 I now have a suit that I cannot wear. I usually take my clothes to the $2.39 cleaners unless I have something special. I have used RED HANGER before and not had a problem. I wanted to let other people know that they do not stand behind their work! If you have any problems with them you will be shown the door, after you pay them!
