I first thought they were great cleaned my conforters decent price and ready when they said. The last time I dropped a comforter I told the girl about 2 stains from my puppy. She said no problem my dogs the same way we'll get it out. I pick up take it home to put on the bed there is still a stain I call and get told we don't guarentee anything and the girl I spoke to was no longer there and that they would have the manager call me back that was 2 weeks ago . I recommend going elsewhere!

Poor Customer Service, Apathetic Employees, poor work overall. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I took my clothes to this claeners because it is close to my office in Research Park. I normally bring in 12-14 shirts, couple of suits, and several slacks every 10-14 days. Normally a $70 laundry bill. This trip, I had several Hawaiian Print shirts which I asked that the collars to be pressed open. I made sure to separate those shirts and instruct the young lady behind the counter who has the most apathehic attitude of customer representative I've ever met. When I got my laundry back, the shirts were not pressed as requested, stains I had pointed out were still there and a linen shirt looked like it had been pulled from a hamper. The young lady behind the counter acted like nothing was wrong and when I pointed out I was paying over double Washington DC prices to have shirts laundered and I gave specific pressing instructions, the least she could do was send them back. When I got my shirts back, the collars had been pressed open as requested, the linen shirt now had some sort of glue stain pressed into the front right, the dress shirt which I had asked to be spot cleaned was now pressed open collar like the hawaiian shirts. I pointed out the new stain which has ruined my linen shirt and the young lady behind the counter acted like she could care less. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they are in and out. I asked for a number where I could contact them and her reply was, "I'm not allowed to give out their number" I asked how I was supposed to contact them and she said they'll contact you. I asked when? she said "I don't know, sometime" I gave her my business card and asked that they contact me within two business days which I deemed reasonable. It's been almost a week and no contact. Given the other reviews of Red Hanger, I guess I should hold my breath expecting a call.
