This is a great local store. Not just natural foods, but also vitamins, supplements and bulk herbs and spices at great prices. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff make this the place to go.

Love Red Hook Natural Food...might not be the biggest selection but what they have is top quality. Lots of gourmet items that you might not find in a health food store. Prices are the most reasonable in the area. And Michael, the owner and the staff are helpful and friendly.

This store means that I can get everything I need without crossing the river. The staff goes above and beyond in their knowledge and helpfulness. And sometimes they are there late, just for fun! That's always a pleasant surprise. Thanks, Natural Foods!
