There were a lot of Seniors that day. It was good to see them on Valentine's Day celebrating.  I like to get there early for fresh food that's hot. The cheddar cheese biscuits are so yummy. Addictive! The prices have gone up a lot since I had last gone. Good, nonetheless. Had the ultimate lobster platter, which was good and plentiful. The waitress was patient since we took a little while looking over the menu. She was great. Had a great experience. The food was good, the place was clean.

Its Red Lobster...nothing more to say
Red Lobster is a nice "Starter" seafood restaurant, and if you are into having something prepared in advance and waiting, this is the place for you. I am a true seafood lover and although I have enjoyed my days with Red lobster, I now feel like I have graduated. 

Now with all that being said...the biscuits are still so good you just wanna eat that and nothing else. My salad is always made to my liking and unlike times before, I have to say that the customer service has REALLY improved over the years with this particular Red Lobster on Silver Hill Rd.

The adult beverages are only good to me when I sit at the bar, and to be quite frank with you, that is the BEST thing about this restaurant.

When I called in my carry-out order, I asked where do I pick up my order & was told "at the bar."  When I hopped inside to the bar, I was, told "I would have to leave the bldg & go around to the back of the bldg. to pick up my food."  I was also told that "the person who took my order & told me to go to the bar to pick up my food was located many states away."  I feel since I came in there (with nobility issues) they could have easily given me my food while there!

I placed an online order at 5:20..They said it would be ready at 5:50.... I did not even arrive until 6 thinking it would Def be ready. I didn’t receive my order until 6:40..yes almost an hour later.. the worst part is that it wasn’t even correct. I had no sides with the meals and no appetizer! Wow. Do better! Plus, everyone acts like they have an attitude. You don’t have to work there but if you choose to work customer service please do the restaurant a favor and at least be nice to the customers.

Mother's Day at Allentown Rd. MD. restaurant. Ummm........ DO NOT KEEP TAKING ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE LOAD!!!!!. We ordered a good 45 minutes before showing up. Despite my husband calling and confirming our order was ready and under the heat lamp we waited over an hour and still didn't get our food. I looked for the manager over the takeout, Al, who said he had put more people in the takeout section. I waited another 10 minutes and still our order wasn't ready. VERY POOR PLANNING ON MANAGEMENT'S PART! STOP TAKING ORDERS IF YOUR LOAD IS TOO HEAVY!!!!!!!.
