Valentine's Day lunch at this Red Lobster in Lake Jackson,  Tx was my sister's choice as we both meant to dine early to beat the "couples" traffic expected in the evening. We had no wait & were seated. Once seated, we notified our waitress we were going to the restroom (to wash up). When we returned, our table had been given away to someone else. The hostess assuming we had left!!! Waitress had no choice but to seat us elsewhere & not as gr8 a seating choice as before. Unfortunately, our appetizer was brought out at the same time as our food when we specifically requested appetizer 1st. We had to get up & hunt for our silver ware once our food was brought out. And a side order requested was not available at last minute. Once we contacted a manager  (Micheal) I think, he compted  our appetizer & added a dessert for us " to share", that was nice of the member of management . Unfortunately, even though the food was fine their priorities in service to get it right the 1st time, doesn't bring my business back to them 😐

First time at this location! Very impressed. Was very clean. Waiter, Ash, was amazing and very attentive and knowledgable of menu. Food was amazing, piping hot and full of flavor. Drinks stayed full. Kids menu gave alot of choices. I was showing my son the lobsters and the manager even pulled a lobster from the aquarium to let my 2yo touch him, it was very cool! Wonderful experience. Will return and would recommend to anyone. Very family oriented,  they didnt even fuss over my 2yo having a minor meltdown at the end if dinner. Lol

Food was good, service was slow, but the drinks were good.

The food was awful!  The clam chowder looked like chunky water with no flavor. 😝
The staff was super friendly.
