A favorite spot for me as far as chain restaurants go. They are famous for their pizookies, which deserves to be famous. They have a big variety of choices to choose from for food and drinks. Easy going atmosphere with lots of televisions to watch in comfortable booths. The tables are comfortable too. They have great customer service and deliver delicious food every time. Love their deep dish pizzas.

I was impressed by the many menu items. Everyone could probably find something they like. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and it was pretty good but not amazing. Mashed potatoes were to die for. Our waiter was phenomenal. This place is worth going to for the atmosphere alone. I plan to go back and try a few of their beers.

Medium priced microbrewery. Huge menu with just about anything you could want. Service is usually good as is the food but I have four d when this restaurant is busy food quality suffers. Not sure if they just can't expedite well or not. Overall I do like the restaurant.

Ordered through the app as I usually do. I get to the restaurant to pick up the food and they don't have an order for me.  It was very upsetting and disappointing. I had to wait for them to re-order and cook the food. I sent an email but no one ever responsed. My food wasn't even discounted which was even more upsetting.  The cashier was very nice and she did the best she could trying to ease the situation. It just would have been better if a manager had rectified the situation in person or by responding to my email.

Off night at BJ's last night. Even considering it was Black Friday, they still dropped the ball- many times. The hostess was unfriendly and unconcerned that we hadn't been seated in 40 minutes. After complaining to the manager, he "cleaned up" a table for us, but the floor was full of food. He tried wiping it up with a napkin but left a lot hoping we wouldn't see it. I asked if he had a broom to get that slop up, and he seemed generally offended that I didn't want to step in half-eaten food. He did take our drink order and appetizer order, because the server was overwhelmed. Throughout the rest of the night, they would forget to bring stuff, and we would have to remind both the manager and our server several times. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them matters more.  Overall, the service at this restaurant indicates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. 

P.S. Not the first time I've dealt with the unfriendly front of house at this particular BJ's, but it will definitely be the last.
