Red River Chevrolet is a local Chevy Dealership in Bossier City. Since 1931 we have been selling and servicing new and used vehicles in Shreveport and Benton. Red River Motor Company also features the areas only GM certified Paint and Body Shop. We also have a comprehensive parts department.

I've been here a few times, and always have gotten excellent service.  I came in most recently for new tires and wiper issues, and Joe was extremely helpful with everything.  He was very friendly and professional, and got me in and out in good time.  Any time I need something done on my Chevy, I'll come here first.

First time purchasing a car in the US. I was a little worried about buying a car from a dealership since I never have and you always hear horror stories. But I  stopped by Red River and spoke with Josh. He showed me a couple cars and took me to the one I liked most. His professionalism and personality helped alleviate all fears and I drove out that very night with my new Honda. Thank you Red River and big thank you to Josh for explaining everything to me and answering all questions with expert knowledge. Keep up the fantastic work!

The wait was entirely TOO long.  We had an appointment scheduled, arrived early and still had to wait for an hour and half.  This being my first time to get the oil changed, I'm thinking after my free ones, I wouldn't come back in the future.  We sat and saw many "stalls" open for the oil change.. oh yeah, then when it was done, we literally had to walk around the parking lot and find the car.. it would have been nice to know where the car was, updates during the LONG wait would have been much appreciated.

All I can say is WOW. I was recommended to buy my next vehicle here by people in my unit. I found a vehicle I liked but they wanted too much. A month later they called me and said the price came down significantly. I scheduled a appointment and Deanna Bass met with me and we discussed trade. She was very pleasant to deal with and we talked for a few hours. The banks were closed and so they let me take the truck over the weekend until mine opened. When I came back the truck was detailed, full of gas, and they had all the service records and paperwork ready for me. Theyh even installed floor mats and turned on on star and sattelite radio for me!!! They gave me top dollar for My trade and I'm 100 percent satisfied. The truck was thoroughly inspected. There's nothing wrong with it. 

I 100 percent recommend!!!! Love you guys and I'm coming back!!!

Excellent people! Salesman was Nick. He and Sean did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted even with me not having much money. I would definitely go to them again!
