this place is normally pretty good to go into and get a good burger and good service. Today was not the case. First they wouldn’t let anyone sit outside on the patio every though by the hostess’ own admission multiple people had asked already and we got the at about 11:10 this morning. Then on top of that it was so cold inside we were shivering and so were others around us. Our waitress despite being stretched too thin was great and that’s the only saving grace. My food wasn’t cooked as I ordered it and the burger itself was really bland! I had to put salt and pepper on it just to be able to eat part of it. they were struggling so much to get food out in a somewhat timely manner I had no patience to sit and wait on them to remake my order. It was just a very disappointing experience. I honestly don’t know that I will be back anytime soon.

Our waiter was Kyle and he was probably close to the best waitor we have ever had in a restaurant. I don't eat beef and I don't eat pork so he went over my options with me. I wanted it wrapped in lettuce leaves and he had no problem with that. What other waiters and waitresses think is someone being picky or being a snob Kyle realized was just my way of life. I am diabetic and I have to be careful of everything I eat. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome. And to top it off the food was excellent!

Ordered Gluten free and had several reactions.  Yes, it it's a chance we take, but every single time in the past.  Either staff doesn't care or they are slipping in the ingredients.   I'm done. Won't go back.  I've eaten in several other places and was just fine.

Always freshly made delicious food. My favorite is the 'fish and fries'! Mmmm. Great atmosphere and lots of TVs for watching your favorite sport. We also appreciate their gluten free options for our daughter who is allergic to wheat and gluten.  Thank you Red Robin.YUM!

A little pricy for a burger, but the taste is worth it. After a short wait we were seated and our server was great and attentive. All the food was great and mine had an egg on it, a nice touch, I think. I don't often comment about restaurants unless it's either very good or very bad. I'm pleased to say we were very happy and highly recommend. Also should mention the burgers come with endless French fry refills.
