The food was absolutely terrible. Pickle chips looked like they had been sitting in the bottom of the fryer for a couple of days. Brown, burnt, and tasted like old grease. 

I got a chili burger and it looked like the cooks had thrown the cheese, chilly, and meat on while blind folded. The bun was soggy and flopping around by the time it got to the table. 

The garlic fries were... well, better than the above. That’s not saying much. I drowned them in ketchup and ate them because I was starving at this point. 

The restaurant stayed smoky for a good 20 minutes because apparently the aforementioned cooks don’t know that smoke = burning. 

The only good part was the service. The waitress was attentive and had everything out in a timely manner. She must be used to people not eating the food because she never dared ask how everything was. 

$43 lesson for my fiancé and I to never eat at Red Robin again.

Great deals. Great service. Great food. Best burger I've had in Wake Forest and I've tried them ALL Burger Shop, Culvers, Over the Falls, etc etc... RR wins all the way.

Great service tonight. Try the sweet potato fries dipped in Ranch!!! Yummy! If you don't have a loyalty card...Get one!! They are free and we saved $9 this visit!

Edit: We came back and Brit was our server again. Ask for her... She is amazing!

I went to RR in WF with my boyfriend the other day for my Free B-day burger. It's been a few months since the last time I went, but from what I can remember their burgers have always been amazingly good and huge. This time the burgers were good but extremely small, almost as thin as Wendy's beef patties and they were more expensive than what I remember. So I think I will be getting my burgers from elsewhere.

Caitlyn was our server and was the best we've had there. The food was delicious and hot as well.
