Story

We got our start in the Buffalo, New York area in 1997 when we decided to buy the pizza & wing place we had been working at while in college.
Over the next five years, we strengthened and developed our menu (and a strong dislike for snow!). So in 2002 we headed south and opened up a small place in Cary, North Carolina.
Two years later we opened on Capital Boulevard, adding a few more Western New York favorites along with ribs, burgers, salads, and soups. We are working hard to keep our menu fresh and exciting and we hope you enjoy.

If you're looking for a great wing place, look no further! I've been to this Buffalo Brothers many times since living in the area, and the boneless wings are exceptional. I see some other reviews mentioning bad service, but I've always had an OK experience with the hosts and wait staff. The fried pickles are pretty spectacular, too. My issue comes with the pizza. A few nights ago I decided to order a to-go pizza and Buffalo Brothers was one of few places still open. I went with their Jack'd Chicken Pizza. Though it tasted great, it was a little doughy (not to mean thick, I mean a little under-cooked in the middle,) and the onions were raw. Now, I don't know if this is a culinary choice on their part or if it was just my particular pizza, but usually when I see onions on a pizza, I take it to mean they have been cooked/caramelized. I'm not a picky eater, so I still ate it and thoroughly enjoyed the overall flavor. If you don't mind raw onion, then I highly recommend it! But otherwise just stick to the wings.

The pizza is absolutely amazing! My family and I enjoy eating out every now and then. When we do we always choose Buffalo Brothers!

The appetizers we got were got were really good ! Those are the egg rolls and the garlic cheese bread. My brother loved the Memphis Mac and Cheese. I've never been crazy about any of the waiters or bartenders. And the fried fish I wouldn't recommend, unless you'd like more batter than fish.

Only late night food worth anything at a decent price north of wake forest. Half price apps after 11pm. Stuffed jalapenos and beer go great together. Steer away from the pizza, it's the weakest item on the menu. Taste like a good frozen pizza.

I don't even want to say the wait staff was the worst because they were alright, it was the hostess. There were 4 of us and she seated us at one of the high top tables. Not a problem until we realized we wanted to order 2 large pizzas and didn't want to hold them in our laps because the table was so small. So we asked our waiter if we could move to one of the booths just because we needed more table top space. He said that was completely fine and then walked away so we took it upon ourselves to sit at one of the booths. Mind you there was only 1 other group at the tables at this time. Then a few minutes later I see the hostess come in the room and go up to another lady and starts pointing at our table giving us dirty looks while obviously talking about us. Extremely rude. If you're going to talk about your customers at least go somewhere where they can't see you but better yet if you wanted to know why we moved then just come ask. But then the lady the hostess went up to went to our first waiter and again started making gestures toward our table and dirty looks our way. And then did it again with our current waiter! Word to the wise, don't be so obvious when talking about your guests! I understand if it was a super busy time of night, but we were 1 of 2 parties at the time. Again, if you wanted to know why we moved just ask us! It had nothing to do with our waiter, he was nice. We literally just needed more table space but apparently that was a huge issue. This was an uncomfortable situation and it's a shame because the food was pretty good.
