Incredible service with a really good burger!  I love the option of making a burger a wrap with lettuce instead of the bun. Only complaint involves whether or not you can get fries before the meal or not.  It should be consistent and should be an option as it seems that some staff will give them to you and others won't.  Always sit at the bar if you have the option, better service.

I really don't understand what it is with all red robin's but I'm pretty sure when you order a BBQ chicken wrap, the chicken should be WARM! Every time I get it, it's cold and am told "it's supposed to be cold." I understand the chicken. Is precooked (I used to work at one when I was younger), but come on, warm the damn chicken up!

I love getting the all you can eat fries with the campfire sauce. Good service. Not a lot of wait time to sit. Fresh food.

Terrible service. Fries were cold and mushy. They brought more that were warm and mushy. The croissant on my wife's sandwich was as hard as a rock. They brought another that was ever so slightly better. Never received the soda i ordered. Told manager and received a 20% discount on her sandwich...like $2.00. Whoopee. I have 5 reward points if anyone wants em cuz we won't be going back.

The food is good and the servers are nice but the service isn't great. I sent my food back three times before they got it right. This isn't the first time it's happened.
