I've been to this Red Robin many times. We've always been treated well. The servers have always been curteous and quick. Families are welcome, which is great. The burnin love burger is probably my favorite burger from any restaurant to which I've been.

The wait for our food was extremely long. We were seated by the kitchen, which we do not usually mind. Tonight was a very different experience. Kitchen staff and one waitress in particular were very loud! They spent lots of time being loud and bickering back and forth. Back of the house manager was present and did nothing to quiet the uproar. Perhaps if more time were spent staying on task without all the socializing for would not take as long to be prepared. Only good thing is we were just passing through on our way home. And our Red Robin is much better!!

Awful food bread was stale not enough fries asked for crispy chicken sandwich and got chicken breast instead they when I went pay the guy changed the price of the bill who does that what he thought he wasn't getting a tip very disappointed

Updated review On our recent visit much better experience newly modeled restaurant has more room for people waiting for table, fewer tvs to distract children and they've covered up the view of the kitchen, which works great. Waitress was fantastic, food terrific and wait reasonable. Thanks to all that put this place back on my favorites list. Usually it's one of our favorites but today the kitchen was bad. A simple lunch took forever and then my wife's wrap was soggy and soup was cold. When the soup was sent back for warming it did not come back in a timely manner. Come on what does it take to ladle hot soup into a bowl? The manager was supposed to deduct the soup from the bill but didn't and we were so frustrated at that point we just chose to leave. One highlight my Avocobb O salad was fantastic!
