No problem with the wash or the personnel but I subtract one star because they leave my antennae on  the car (all their competition removes it and gives it to me) and so I have to stop before I get to the entrance and remove it myself.  Otherwise it is excellent and of course many of the newer cars don't even have antennae like my other car (a Volvo) so this may be a problem only for a limited number of us.

Excellent car wash for an awesome price!! Especially if you want to just pay once a month....then you get a little sensor that the gate can read electronically and open up for the highest level was you can get at just under $40 per month!!!! You can pull up and never open your door or roll your windows down!! AWESOME!!

They put the car behind us in to soon and we got hit. They did nothing but told us that it was not that bad ,but the thing is is that it happened. I would highly recommend not going for the risk of it happening to you.
