Bought the most expensive car wash with the hot wax.  When I pulled my car out, it was still wet with soap all over the back.  I asked the attendant for a rag to wipe the soap off he told me I'd have to buy a towel from the vending machine.  Really?  Also, The hot wax was not put on my vehicle.

Tore my center caps off my Escalade .Tim the manager is very honest but every one else has given me the run around even telling me that I could not have the managers phone number. I'm a disabled veteran and have went back to the place 5 times .When I went back to check on the center caps they had already been thrown in the garbage and they had been broke off. The manager Tim got them out of the trash he seems to be the only honest person working there. The kids working there have been instructed not to pass on any info.Im just finding out that this place has had several accidents​ that they refused to make right .By the way center caps are about 150.00 A piece for the Catty.
