Nice front desk staff, friendly and funny. Rooms were nice and clean and first red roof I've been to that had breakfast. Pretty awesome. Most importantly pets are always free.

We only stayed for a few hrs because they room had bed bugs (rm205) i have asked them for my money back to hey told use they will not be able to do it until the own or some guy do an inspection! I really didn’t want to even stay that long but I did, we waited on the guy but they could never get

The service was great as was the morning breakfast! Very nice hotel and clean. Could do better on the state and age of some of their furniture in-room. Couch was pretty stained, dirty and worn. It had a good atmosphere though in the lobby, felt like a very good hotel for the price, just the actual delivery could have been better.

Awful. My worst hotel stay by far. We walked in and was greeted with "we can't help you, we are booked".... I had to explain I had a reservation. Sheets were stained so I requested new ones. They dropped them at my door and made me put them on the bed. The blanket had rips and tears all over it. We again had to get a replacement. We laid on the bed. It was broken as well. Huge hole in the center of the mattress. We were supposed to have a room with two queens. This was a full and a queen. My husband and I stayed on the full size that was less damaged than the queen. My kids stayed on the queen. The heater didn't work. There was more but really too much to write. We will be calling management asap.

This is a good place for the price and nice big clean rooms with a free hot breakfast
