Great service

One of the few honest repair shops I've ever been to. I usually do my own work on vehicles, but occasionally I either don't have the tools or the knowhow. In this instance, I always go to Red's. He's an honest guy that isn't going to try to fix something that doesn't need replacing, and his hourly rate is better than anyone's I've ever seen. Both him and his staff are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I. Really can't say enough good things about Red and his shop.

Red's is awesome.  His prices are wonderful, the work they do superb.  Their customer service cannot be bettered.  Just today, I got my car back after the back breaks were replaced and the whole car purred, as contented as a kitten.  The entire reason the car I'm driving is 10 years old and has nearly 170,000 miles is the kind and tender care she receives at Red's Automotive.

I  would give him a big fat zero if i could.I called him & explained my heater is gone in my jeep,that i had heard good things&was wondering if he could take a look at my jeep.he said he was really busy & couldn't do anything until the 8th.Now I spoke 2 him the first time Nov.27.So I said ok,well I will have 2 rent A car as this is the only car I have.So I again called like 5 day's before I was supposed 2 drop it off 2 ask if I should drop it off on the 7th so it will B there 4 him on the 8th.He once again said he was busy but ya that would B ok.So I wait until the 7th & called & I couldn't believe he said "well I really can't do it I'm 2 busy."Well Rude Red why tha heck didn't U say that 2 weeks ago¬ keep me dangling.I have 2 kids I have 2 run  @ 4 school with no heater & all this time I could have made an appointment with someone who really cared.Well Karma is an old nag & I just hope it bites him good.He may B good at what he does but he is not A very good person.

Red has worked on my cars for years. He honestly looks at more than just the problem you drove in with to make sure your vehicle doesn't break down again. He's extremely fair in is parts and labor costs. He's handled my VW Fox, Nissan Sentra, and my Subaru WRX over the last decade often so fast that I never miss work!
