Fast service fixing my shattered phone, but now Touch ID doesn't work on my iPhone. The guy was nice to try and help but said he had nothing to do with it when it worked fine before I got it fixed, still fixed a completely shattered phone in a hour. But now no Touch ID :( warning to thoes who like easy access to a locked phone

bought an iphone 5s from these guys for $150.00, had to go back the next day because siri wouldn't work and at first the guy who sold it to me tried to tell me the part was going to cost $79.00 i told him that he needs to fix it because i just bought it from them,  so he took the phone to repair all of a sudden the wires were just lose. then about 2 weeks later the phones screen started having problems. long story short past warrant they wouldnt fix it i wouldnt have these guys repair my toaster they are a rip off

Dropped my phone in the pool, would not power up and could not access my icloud backup.  Apple was no help.  Went to Red Shoe Rescue and they were able to retrieve the data by temporarily repairing the phone.  Only cost about $70.  
Want to say a heartfelt thank you to Tim and Doug, outstanding job. One of the series of photos you two saved was of my great uncle's grave in Normandy France, at the D-day memorial.  Our family never knew what happened to him after he was wounded on D-day and later killed in July 1944, until I was able to find him last year on a business trip to France. He had lain there for 72 years unknown to his family.  Those memories would have been lost without you, sincerely appreciative.   I wish Red Shoe the best of luck.

Was able to get my Nexus 5x screen in about a day.  Other shops i called couldn't fix the screen on the Nexus 5x. Repair time was exactly as quoted. Jobs looks very professional. So did I thorough check-in and check-out process ensuring everything was in working order.
